Item: Ovation 30th Anniversary Acoustic-Electric Guitar - #01040 SOLD
Description: Solid spruce top with dark translucent purple/brown finish, inlaid soundhole rosette instead of usual plastic Ovation overlay, custom fingerboard inlay w/ MOP multi-ply binding and commemorative 12th fret inlay, onboard electronics package. This guitar is in excellent condition with only a minor repair to a lifting edge performed here by us, and one finish crack along the bass end of the bridge, cosmetic only. The frets are in very good condition and it plays easy with nice low action. The sound quality is better than most Ovations that seem to have that boomy, hollow low end. This one has well balanced response over the full range of tone. A great guitar for acoustic or amplified stage use, and a steal at half it's original selling price. Used - w/HSC
