• Return Policies:

USED GOODS: exact
descriptions of pre-owned merchandise will let you feel confident of
what you're buying. USED ITEMS - claimed defective item must be
reported to us by telephone (781-447-4520) or Email within 10 days of
our shipping and received back to us within 7 days from the initial
complaint and must be found to be defective as described in the
initial complaint upon our return receipt. 100% refund applies to
above conditions minus 20% restocking fee. (Sorry for sounding so
legal)

NEW GOODS: no returns
on new merchandise or Special Order items. Manufacturer's warrantee

• Guitar Doctor
reserves the right to these terms for all international
orders:

Payment must be made via
international money order.
Due to difficulty in verifying the fees involved with shipping goods
into some countries, we may be able to send your order only as far as
the nearest international airport. Collection of the order and payment
of duties are then the buyer's responsibility.

We do not ship
"C.O.D." or "bill sender" because of the
difficulty and time involved in the collection of the charges and
payments. UPS, FedEx, or Airborne Express cannot tell us what the
charges will be to bring your order through customs.

In some cases, we may choose
to accept your credit card for payment only if the name and billing
address of the account match the name and address to which the order
will be sent. Please telephone us (781-447-4520) with the name and
phone number of the bank carrying your credit service with your charge
information for verification of your account.

This is a common problem in
shipping to remote areas of the world that we have encountered in the
past. Otherwise, payment must be made via international money order.
